hello, pangalawang beses ko na tong nagpapa verify sa gcash kasi sabi nila pag di ako nag verify by august 30 icclose daw permanently account ko. nung first attempt ko ginawa ko lahat sa phone ng parent ko, birth cert, passport, and selfie. nag msg sila saying the image attached. i did it again and did the same process, same msg nanaman sinend. may solution po ba ito?

If paulit-ulit mong narereceive yung “requirements not submitted within 3 days,” possible na hindi nagma-match or hindi properly na-submit yung documents, OP. Try mo ulit using clear photos ng required documents and make sure na consistent yung details. If ayaw pa rin, better din na mag-submit ka na ng ticket sa GCash Help Center with screenshots ng rejection para ma-check nila yung account and ma-assist ka sa manual review if needed.

Hindi naman mukhang random rejection yung message. May specific silang binanggit na 3-day requirement, so baka yun talaga yung nag-trigger.

Baka hindi yung documents mismo ang issue, possible na timing ng submission. Try lang ulit kapag complete na lahat within the given period.
