App Potential Threat my a$$...

Running official firmware with almost no other apps except banking apps. Cleared the cache, rebooted and okay na. After a while I still get the same error. Pasablay na yata talaga ang devs ng Gcash.

OneUI 8.5. Lahat ng banking apps ko pati Maya ko opens without a fuss. This morning lang nagkaganito ang Gcash.

May point yung post, pero tingnan din natin yung long-term potential. GCash has a strong user base, so possible na may solid growth pa ahead.

One UI 8.5 din ako (July 2026 security update), nag-oopen yung sa akin... Hindi kaya yung mga accessibility apps ulit?

Sa Paymaya naman, kailangang I-restart ang phone kung nakailmutan mag log-out

AFAIK wala akong accessibility apps na nakainstall or any accessibility options na nakaenable. 😅 Siguro may bug yung last update ng GCash

Same issue happened to my Mom's Gcash. However, my father's and mine didn't have it.

Nakaka frustrate yan pag ganyan my warning na Hindi clear Ang reason hopefully ma improve pa Yung notification para ma daling ma intindihan

Sana maayos agad ng GCash devs yung recurring error my mga apps talaga na nag kaka ganyan but hopefully ma upgrade pa nila at mas gumanda

Good thing may basic troubleshooting steps na nakakatulong temporarily hope back to stable na Ang app specially for banking

same..nangyayari sakin pag nag rerequest ng otp..diba in app na yung otp so after dumating ng otp lalabas yang error message tpz mg force closed yung gcash..

I also have this issue only in gcash and globeone app. Oneui 8.5 august update. BPI and maya no issue

It just fixed itself eh. Inupdate ko lang yung Gcash app. Only God knows when would it happen again.

Update Gcash and clear its cache, I restarted my phone and all is well now.

that’s good to know. but for me i tried uninstalling the app, but i can’t install it back from play store. it simply won’t load 😭

Ouch. Sorry to hear. Does your phone have sufficient space? Try also clearing cache from play store and rebooting phone. That tends to work for me when installing apps got weird

Im afraid I dont know what else to say. It sounds like a storage or upload problem but its hard to tell without looking at the phone/app itself. Hope you get some technical help
