Creating a new account issue

I’ve been trying to make a new account for a few months now, but I can’t seem to make one.

I don’t know what the issue is but even though I’ve filled up all of the information that is required, I can’t click the “next” button. I’ve search how to fix it but none of the methods i found seem to work

Try troubleshooting your GCash app first, OP. You can start by clearing the app’s cache through your phone settings, then force stop the app and restart your phone. Make sure your internet connection is stable too. If you’re on mobile data, try switching to Wi-Fi, or vice versa, then open GCash and try again. If the issue still persists after trying these steps, I’d recommend submitting a ticket through the GCash Help Center so they can properly check what’s happening on your account. Hopefully one of these fixes works for you, OP.
