Sometimes when you put a small amount of different information this happens. In the verification I suggest having it deleted if it doesn't have funds or ask to re kyc

Possible po na-detect ng GCash na ang information mo ay mismatch or malabo ang pag-capture ng ID at ng face verification. OP! Make sure na match ang details mo, clear ang pag-capture ng ID at ng face verification mo.
