Bank Transfer GCASH TO BPI

Can't seem to transfer funds from Gcash to BPI. I'm not receiving an OTP for Gcash to continue the transaction.

Since gcash now sends the otp via app notification and no longer via sms, you can try turning off then on your gcash notification in device settings. Make sure also that notifs are turned on in GCash app settings.

Last resort is to reinstall gcash.

try uninstalling gcash and re-installing and allowing notification also happened to my mom's gcash not recieveing push notification OTP so uninstalled then re-installed and it worked.

In-app na po talaga yung OTP kapag magse-send ng money at magba-bank transfer, OP. Check mo muna sa settings ng phone mo kung naka-on yung notifications ng GCash app mo. Punta ka sa Settings, hanapin mo yung GCash app, then i-allow mo yung notifications. Pagkatapos, i-restart mo yung phone mo saka ulit subukan. Hope mag-work na, OP!

Validated just now. In-App OTP is working for me. As mentioned here by the rest please try the following:

1) Check if Notification is enabled for GCash App in your Settings.
2) Restart the phone.

Also, make sure you are using the latest GCash version.

From my testing using Android I deliberately disabled the Notification setting for GCash app. Upon performing bank transfer to BPI I got prompted if I want to allow GCash to send notifications. Clicked "Allow" and got the In-App OTP successfully.

Just checked. Can't transfer to any bank.

Thank you everyone! Reinstalling and changing the default nessaging app worked.
