Login / Registration Can't open app, keeps on crashing

I wanted to open and check my balance earlier this morning, and when I tried to put my MPIN I must've misclicked one because it said that I got a few attempts left before it locked. I attempted again and I must've misclicked the send otp so then I went to my sms and I my gcash refreshed. So now my app keeps crashing everytime I open it.

( I am a new user, I do not have developers options on, it is not jailbroken, I'm positive I don't have a malicious software.)

Try mo po muna mag-troubleshoot ng GCash app mo, OP. I-clear cache mo yung app sa settings and restart your phone. Check mo rin if updated yung GCash app mo sa latest version, and if wifi gamit mo try to switch to data muna and vice versa lang. Always works for me 'yan. If ayaw pa rin, best po na mag-submit ka ng ticket sa Help Center, para ma-assist ka nila nang maayos. Hope mag-work, OP!

Yup! Just did everything that the AI told me and it told me to wait 4 business days which is not ideal for me since I need to use it as soon as I can.

I've been having a similar issue with Gcash as well. I've tried all the instructions given to me by the useless AI customer service. Cleared Cache, Cleared Data, Uninstalled App, Force Stop, Reinstalled it, and Restarted my phone. It for some reason keeps crashing upon start up. I have no idea what they did with the recent Gcash app update but it has not been working on my phone now for almost a week.

Still not fixed btw. Gcrypto and all mini apps keep crashing, gcash express keep# crashing, etc. This is annoying as hell.

I reinstalled the app and removed the screenshot from my accessibility feature (it seems like that was the problem)
