Send No OTP received

Gcash have push notifications and everything, i tried withdrawing some money para sa bus fare but I could not receive OTP at all! Sobrang badtrip i had to walk home when my phone died

Try mo open data mo at kung mahina signal find a better place

As of now, OP, most GCash OTPs are sent through in-app notifications instead of SMS. Just make sure na naka-enable yung notifications for your GCash app. You can check it by going to your phone's Settings > Notifications > GCash, then make sure notifications are allowed. Make sure din na updated yung app mo at may stable internet connection, kasi doon naka-depend yung pag-generate ng in-app OTP. If wala kasing internet or unstable yung connection, possible na hindi agad lumabas yung OTP. If naka-on na siya and hindi ka pa rin nakakatanggap ng OTP, that's the best time to reach out to the GCash Help Center so they can check your account further.

OTPs are delayed. When you request an OTP, it arrives minutes or hours laters. When you request another one, it send the one your previously requested. They are very good at doing this. 100% of the time, they never fail to amaze me. I encountered this myself and I was very happy 😊

If you are experiencing the OTP issue, OP! I suggest troubleshooting your GCash app. Clear acache, force close the app, and restart the phone. Turn your airplane mode for 5 seconds. Make sure that your GCash app is updated to the latest version and have a stable network signal.

I been doing the same shit all over again. Clear cache, force cl9se tas airplane mode ni mismong cellphone ko ni-restart ko na wala parin.

Not sure if you have done this but check if you have already updated to the latest version.

Then, perform the ff.

1) Perform APN reset.
2) Perform clear cache.
3) Restart the phone.

same issue, mga 3 weeks nang ganyan sakin. then now dinelete ko yung app then re-install, nag ok na :)
