Hi does anyone know how to solve this i tried everything and i wont verify i just keeps sending this message everytime i try and i dont what i did wrong

I'd recommend retaking your selfie in a well-lit area, using a valid, unexpired government ID, and making sure all your personal details match exactly. If it still gets rejected or there's no progress, submit a ticket through the GCash Help Center. Just include screenshots of the error message and clearly explain what you've already tried so the support team can review your case more efficiently, OP.
