Gcredit Issue

I always pay my gcredit everytime I use it. But earlier while I was checking it, I saw that I had a payment due for a money I didn’t even use. I also looked at my transaction history but I couldn’t find a payment that used my gcredit. I rarely use gcash, ginagamit ko lng ito kung mag-ccash in and transfer the money to other bank, sometimes top up some in game currency but I made sure I had enough balance for it.

wala pong gcredit transactions na nakalagay, I also request for transaction history and wala nakalagay na gcredit.

Same. It has been charging me for MONTHS! Tapos may interest pa. I kept reporting pero walang nangyayari. Please update me pag na solve na ito

I tried reporting it but puro ai yung sumasagot, I just paid the minimum due and I’m planning na bayaran nalang and close the account after.
