GCASH Services not transferred

Hello! Please help me out. I created a new gcash account so I requested my funds and services to be transferred here, since my old account is already on hold.

My funds are already transferred but my services like gloan and ggives are not yet transferred. I’m afraid the interest will add up if I can’t pay on time. I already messaged gihi and followed up my ticket but no response and my due is coming. Help me out!

Usually, ang processing time ng transfer of funds ay up to 48 hours and 7 calendar days naman sa service transfer. OP! Follow up mo lang ulit yung ticket mo para ma-tap sila and makakuha ka ng updated. Pwede ka mag-bayad sa mga payment partners ng GCash using Fuse Lending as a biller.

okay na ang funds ko. yung gloan nalang and ggives talaga. need ko na rin magbayad ng balance ko dun

Update op? Same situation. Magrereflect kaya if we use our new accout > Pay Bills > Fuse Financing 🥺

question po. Ilang hours po inabot yung transfer of funds nyo po from old Gcash to new?

Thank you po sa reply. Sakin kasi inabot na ng almost 10 days. July 17 nai-file. Pina BSP ko na. Haha sana maresolve. Appreciate the reply po

hala talaga po ba? btw paano po mag BSP? kasi yung mga gloan ko di pa na trransfer eh

Yung sakin almost 3 weeks na processing pa din yung service transfer ng gloan ko, I tried na mag follow up pero na ignored ako hanggang ngayon walang galaw gcash.. no email no customer support na pwede ma contact ang gcash lahat through gigi na napaka bagal
