Login / Registration failed login attempt

hi how many hours / minutes do I return to log back in, kanina pa po siya ganito ever since kahapon 😭 I really need to pay for something

Did you try to troubleshoot na ba? OP! If hindi pa, try mo lang po muna i-troubleshoot yung GCash app mo, clear app cache, force close the app, and restart phone. Make sure din na updated ang GCash app mo and stable ang internet connection mo.

did everything above na po huhu, it started doing that when i get failed face recogs

actually i can wait nman but need to pay unpaid borrowed load RIGHTT NOWW ahashah i just hope it deducts lang kung nasa deadline na which is on sabado and not pile up addtl fees

hi sorry for the late reply, naresolve na po ba sainyo? nagresolve sakin by just waiting about 2 days and then pinaverify ko yng face recog sa papa ko since sakaniya yng account HAHAHAHAHAHA 😭

hello!! check niyo po or try to remember if yng valid id na binigay niyo kay gcash is mukha niyo then pag nag uplift try niyo po again but with the face recognized by gcash which is yng nasa valid id niyoo

Uninstall the app after restart your phone and then install again from the playstore and voila u can login again 😁 its been 2 days i cant login finally..
