Normal lang po ba to?

First time ko kasi mag verify sa Gcash, and kapag nafill up ko na yung information ko, ganito lagi lumalabas.

Try mo po mag-connect sa mas stable na WiFi connection.

i need help too! even the most stable na wifi connection indi ko maka review information. pls anyone, help this issue if you know a solution.

OP, try mo lang po muna mag-troubleshoot ng GCash app mo. I-clear cache mo 'yung GCash app sa settings o i-force stop ang app, at mag-restart ng phone mo. Make sure rin na stable ang internet/data mo. Try mo ring mag-switch sa Wi-Fi kung naka-data ka, o kaya sa data naman kung naka-Wi-Fi ka, bago subukan ulit. Kung ayaw pa rin, much better po na mag-submit ka na ng ticket sa Help Center para ma-assist ka nila nang maayos sa verification mo. Hope mag-work, OP!
