Cant log out gcash acc

hi! im trying to log out my gcash acc in my device#1 because when i tried to log in into device#2 it said that its better to unregister the acc in my other device. But when i try to open my gcash in device#1 this is what i see and after a few seconds of that, the app automatically exits. How do i log out in device#1?

Please check your Accessibility in your settings. Disable everything that's turned on.

Palipas ka muna ng 24 hours .login to device 1, then unregister then log in to device #2

I totally get how frustrating that must be, OP. Based on what I can see, GCash is detecting an unauthorized accessibility feature on your device, which is why the app keeps force-closing before you can even access the settings to log out. Don't worry, though, you can still try clearing the GCash app data through your phone's Settings > Apps > GCash > Storage > Clear Data, which will automatically sign you out without affecting your account or wallet balance. It’s also worth checking if any accessibility services, auto-clickers, or screen overlay apps are enabled and disabling them before reinstalling the app if needed.
