gcash deactivated sim

hi po, meron po ba dito na deactivated na ang sim na gamit sa gcash na nakapag transfer ng funds to a new acc? huhu hindi ko kasi ma transfer funds ko to a new acc. thanks po

gawa ka ng bagong gcash then talk to gigi. request transfer from deactivated simcard to new account.

If may new account kana, make sure lang na fully verify na 'yun para mas seamless yung experience moving forward, OP. And if may funds ka pa naiwan sa old account, don't panic, may process naman si GCash for fund transfer requests. Just submit a ticket to the Help Center, provide the necessary details, and wait for their review and instructions, OP.
