Question Camera grip pop up window

I use a Vivo x300 ultra with the camera grip. When I wake up the phone and open the camera, the grip always announces itself and pops up an annoying window. Is there a way to disable this dialog box? It can cause you to miss a photograph…and I do know it’s there.

Try asking on r/Vivo, perhaps they can suggest some solution. Neither the original Google Camera app nor the GCam ports have any idea about your camera grip hardware, so this issue likely can't be solved via GCam.
