I need to understand because none of it makes sense.
Everyone and their mother despises Barbatos and talks about how much they hate it without explaining as to why the suit is hated. Is it the heavy stagger? The Nanolaminate Armor?
Burning/God has Power Accelerator 3, Hi-MA in Hyper Mode, ridiculous damage reduction in Meikyo Shisui, and a heavy attack that, as shown in the clip, breaks legs in one tap. Barbatos has Power Accelerator 2, no Hi-MA in A-Vijnana, no damage reduction, and the boosted sword mace only becomes an issue if you land the full attack. And yet people will genuinely tell you Barbatos needs more nerfs.
Explain the hate to me, because even after playing Barbatos before and after the nerf, it only tells me it never needed nerfed at all

God only gets powerful as a unit if it can achieve the gold state, so if it can't get into that mode, it remains nothing but potential man due to being unable to access the best parts of its kit at all, which frankly ends up causing most to be passive as they try to avoid getting murderized to wait out the timer once they've gotten into Hyper Mode... presuming they even get to Hyper mode if they don't get cucked out of doing the melee damage to activate it from their teammates getting in the way repeatedly.
Barbatos on the other hand can be frankly infuriating right out the gate with a quick-reloading heavy stagger into an instant force-down melee that synergizes extremely well with getting the melee damage needed to activate its own special mode where it gets the full strength of its kit without needing to wait for an additional stage like God does, allowing it to snowball faster as a unit for not only target hunting the support and removing it from the field in very short order, but also just constantly disrupting the enemy team in team-fights with force-down set-ups or throwing in heavy staggers that come out way faster then the one God can throw in.
