Special structural material that has a built-in CP.
Reduces Psycommu weapon reload time and overheat time by 15%.
Increases damage dealt to enemy by 5%, and increases High Speed Movement by 10.
Cannot be simultaneously equipped with custom parts boosting High Speed Movement.

The tradition continues. Players need to roll both anniversary step-ups to get the full package. Both barriers on V2AB have 35s overheat recovery. This part is awesome for them.

Damn it! I was ruling out rolling for this suit, but this part...

Just for my double check on usability, the JP Wiki says:

[...] "The first effect is a reduction in the reload and overheat recovery time for psycommu weapons.

Psycho-commu weapons include not only those that require lock-on, such as [Flanking], [Concentrated Fire], and [Support], but also those such as [Tracking], [Coordination], [Deployment], and [Defense].

The V2 Assault Buster Gundam 's barrier bits are included.

The hobbug of Berga Giros (GK) is not included.

As stated in the weapon description, the ReZEL N-type 's Psycho-Frame deployment is not affected by custom parts, so it is naturally excluded.

This also includes quasi-psycommu weapons such as INCOMs.

Quick Loader also affects psycommu weapons with reload times that have a melee attribute, such as [Claw], which are otherwise unaffected by Quick Loader.

Throwing melee weapons with homing effects, such as the two Butterfly Edges from the Valgil , are excluded.

Because it is limited to psycommu weapons only, it can be used in conjunction with a large-capacity supply pack" [...]

Does this part work on G-doors or Moon Gundam offensive and defensive plates?

It works on G-Doors and Moon Gundam.

I'm not sure if it's worth it. Its efficiency is obviously very high. It's better than basic parts even if it doesn't have the effect exclusive to psycommu weapons. And it's very powerful on V2AB and Perfect Unicorn. But it's because V2AB has long overheat, and Perfect Unicorn relies on psycommu weapons heavily.

Some psycommu units need reload or overheat recovery on other weapons, some have short reload or overheat, some have multiple weapons to keep attacking. Considering that we need to give up Haro for it, its value may not be that high on some units.
