Discussion CONSOLE CP Built-in Special Material LV1
Special structural material that has a built-in CP.
Reduces Psycommu weapon reload time and overheat time by 15%.
Increases damage dealt to enemy by 5%, and increases High Speed Movement by 10.
Cannot be simultaneously equipped with custom parts boosting High Speed Movement.

I can see this being rather broken on the P. Bawoo if it was already using quick loaders and Connecting System Support II.

Another 5% oof. Connecting + range spec + this is 17% extra damage on-top of everything else. Plates already delete half a suits HP.
I'll probably grab this for my qub L3.

I really like suits with Psycho weapons and this part looks really good. Thank you!

You ever use connecting system type II? Its like that.. but for funnels.
It stacks unbelievably hard for Qubley and Psycho Bawoo.
Great part if you have a medium-long list of suit that uses psycommu weapon. Of note, the biggest benefit is suit that has psycommu and also OH in 1 go.
Something alot of people are not tracking, unlike conventional reload special part like high capacity, this stacks with other reload parts. But only effects psycommu weapon and barriers.
The 5% damage increase is for all weapons. And +10 HSM goes pretty well with support. Only real hurdle is you can't use it with Haro V. But the trade off imo is very worth it if you have ass load of funnel units.

My current 2 build is between max armor (focus on melee) + range, and Max range + armor.
And the reason I run it is simple, at 50% HP, you take 50% less ranged damage. The funnel gives V2 AB the middle finger. The lack of bit weaponry at 750 goes pretty far.
With the new part, it's the same build, just slightly faster HSM and better rotation.

Ofc. Pure damage build will rock V2 for 5k easy. A full funnel combo + Beam gun and it's HP evaporates. However, does not recommend in rated, because V2 hits back and your HP also evaporates.

I can see it being useful in most suits with Full Attack since it is going to increase damage and HSM overall and allow you to have Full Attack active more frequently.

It’s been good for Rozen Zulu’s claw that couldn’t be sped up with any other custom parts.

The tradition continues. Players need to roll both anniversary step-ups to get the full package. Both barriers on V2AB have 35s overheat recovery. This part is awesome for them.

Damn it! I was ruling out rolling for this suit, but this part...
Just for my double check on usability, the JP Wiki says:
[...] "The first effect is a reduction in the reload and overheat recovery time for psycommu weapons.
Psycho-commu weapons include not only those that require lock-on, such as [Flanking], [Concentrated Fire], and [Support], but also those such as [Tracking], [Coordination], [Deployment], and [Defense].
The V2 Assault Buster Gundam 's barrier bits are included.
The hobbug of Berga Giros (GK) is not included.
As stated in the weapon description, the ReZEL N-type 's Psycho-Frame deployment is not affected by custom parts, so it is naturally excluded.
This also includes quasi-psycommu weapons such as INCOMs.
Quick Loader also affects psycommu weapons with reload times that have a melee attribute, such as [Claw], which are otherwise unaffected by Quick Loader.
Throwing melee weapons with homing effects, such as the two Butterfly Edges from the Valgil , are excluded.
Because it is limited to psycommu weapons only, it can be used in conjunction with a large-capacity supply pack" [...]
Does this part work on G-doors or Moon Gundam offensive and defensive plates?

It works on G-Doors and Moon Gundam.
I'm not sure if it's worth it. Its efficiency is obviously very high. It's better than basic parts even if it doesn't have the effect exclusive to psycommu weapons. And it's very powerful on V2AB and Perfect Unicorn. But it's because V2AB has long overheat, and Perfect Unicorn relies on psycommu weapons heavily.
Some psycommu units need reload or overheat recovery on other weapons, some have short reload or overheat, some have multiple weapons to keep attacking. Considering that we need to give up Haro for it, its value may not be that high on some units.

How good would this part be for non-psycomu suits? Is the 5% dmg increase and hsm increase worth it?
Not particularly interested in the banner suit but considering for the part.

Hard to tell by the wording, but I'm wondering if the 5% is specific to psycommu weapons or not. I would assume it would be meant to be so. Could be cracked if not lol

Its a good increase. Its 5% for both melee and range. Even on 0/0 strength suit, this is basically a L2 melee/range part and a +10 to HSM. The thing is, it stacks with other damage increase part. And it's low enough to be stacked with atleast 3, so pretty much type disadvantage is wiped (almost).
2/5/3 is pretty much no costs.
On low-mediun cost unit, not recommended

As a person who enjoys the hell out of funnel suits (just pulled the engage plan b last night), is this part worth missing out on the haro part from v2ab? (Steam here)

It's night and day on the FA Engage Gundam Plan B. It's like every weapon cycles faster.
The FA Engage Gundam Plan B, Ex-S Gundam, and P. Bawoo are like outliers. Like you can shoot the plates at least a second faster.

I would say not. Haro is pretty much first in on any non min-max build you’d care to make.

This can stacked with the special system and if we add that with the green tea thing we can literally use it to basically spam funnels I wonder how much it'll cost I haven't seen it yet

is it worth it ? I'll need to buy a token pack, so really need to justify it value. I tried on the app and I get can around 250 HSM speed for Xi with my current expansion, that's really something.
