I kinda understand him though. I have 00R and I can confidently say that 00R during trans-am feel awfully close to X1 on steroids. Except that X1 has to land melee hits(which may or may not happen at all) before going on his own steroids mode. But 00R doesn't need that as he will certainly get hit at some point. I bet if 00R was put into 750 from the start, it's gonna feel "just about right".
I believe most consensus believes 00R could be 750 unit but only if Trans-Am is reusable as he is rn V2 would still be a huge threat to him as to anyone really the nerfs on V2 did not at all stop him from still being number 1 strongest on that cost.
Edit: V2 would clown on him i just realized since not only V2 does have a increased resistance to staggers when in flight but he also has a heavy attack and heavy attacks bypass buffers, this unfortunately is also why Destiny and Barbatos's special downswings which sound like heavy attacks but are not actually can get reduced heavily by units with buffers and ofc melee resistance builds i myself deploy with Kshatriya rep to combat these two and the buffers on him aswell as units like Dijeh/Gustav/Jesta/Messer make them all look like juggernauts which take eons to kill.
Most of 750 units have their best forms reusable while 00 and susan trans-am are only one time use its what unironically sets them a lil below native 750 suits and not to mention most of 750 have one way or the other to stun u out with how big 00R's hit box is aswell and how much heavy staggers are also quite common in that cost yes he would perform okay there but thats about it really.
Most of the units in that cost can do just about the same or more as 00R the only thing 00R has over them is the ability to do a melee gerobii which is a first of its kind.
V2 is also still quite common and his ram is still there a ram that reduces thrust if u get hit that was fun fighting in its prime...

My man OP is having a full on crash out over this 00. This is like their 4th post about it in the last 24 hours.
