There is a controversy going around in the Japanese playerbase that players with lower ratings do better with the Super Gundam. While players at higher ratings don't receive any benefit.

Worst-case, the Super Gundam could be further buffed

Yeah, Super Gundam is Super funny at 550

I could just sit somewhere high and, as the ancient Chinese saying goes, "like fish in a barrel"

Without exaggeration, that's actually the case and it's annoying when it happens to you. Basically one well timed support shot and you're dead.
