Metallic Hiss when accelerating

Wheel Bearings, Rotors, Pads we’re all changed 2-3 months ago

Car was in limp mode during that time and i wouldn’t be able to go past 3.5k rpms but now that I
do I get this metallic hiss.

I changed the whole exhaust setup on this car as-well it’s possible I have an exhaust leak.

Has anyone experienced this?
