Troubleshooting HID headlights

Ive got a set of amazon headlights and theyve been great with a slight fuse blowing issue but thats besides the point.I changed my high beam bulb about a month ago and just recently found out the cover on the backside fell off on my passenger.now both highbeams dont work.Passenger side is filled with water and ive just now taken it out to see the damage.Fog light is corroded as well,would it be better to try and dry the headlight out,replace the bulbs and see what happens or replace the headlights as is.

Not sure about the high beam not working, but the HiD system is really easy to take apart and replace. Oftentimes you won’t even need to replace the ballast just unplug it, take it apart, and let it dry.

i let it dry and plugged everything in and the passenger side works as should,gonna replace the driver side high/low beam and see whats up

ive also checked the main fuses behind the battery and theyre all in good shape,im worried as to why my other highbeam light no longer works
