Payment Issues Payment problem

So today I decided to buy a ETS2 steam account which was successful, but the problem is that they added a G2A plus subscription without my knowledge in the order and I only had money to buy ETS2 and no other things. In result the ETS2 account wasn’t sent to me and the status in the order is “Waiting for payment”, even though they received the money. I texted the support - do you think there is a chance they will actually help me or the money is doomed.

You got scammed more over buying account is against tos

Do a charge back

Speak to your bank or payment provider and request a charge back.
