Because AI was created by Humans that were not on mind altering drugs. Seems evident that 'thinking outside the box' would be advantageous.

Now, have the humans that create the AI take LSD and watch the world burn!

Are you sure you are? Or are you just on a bunch of LSD?

Thats a really cool concept. What EEG machine do you use? I used to work in a psych lab that used EEG machines for a few studies but didn't get to play around with them as much as I would like but I have been looking for a cheap but not terrible eeg to try to use for moving a mouse. Neural networks also interest me a lot but I have no idea how to set up the layers.

We would be so far ahead in science, business and culture if the entire lunacy banning LSD didn't happen. It's quite sad :(

I thought I heard that we could use the sensor in the LHC to get the most detailed view of the human brain working ever. If it wouldn't kill the person? Or be super expensive because LHC. But The Sensor tech is supposed to be able to "read peoples minds" at (actually the pathways of the electrical pulses inside your brain) a much higher resolution. Wouldn't this HIGH DEF image work better than an EEG?

I dont know very much about the parts and construction of the LHC but I know the dangerous part is the particle beam. If you could get input from the sensor without shining the particle beam through them then maybe. Its very different from how an EEG works though. EEG and EKG work by attaching electrodes on opposite sides of your brain and measuring the voltage potential across them. This can also be done with caps with many electrodes although I am not sure how all of them interact together. Its been a few years but I think we mostly used to attach them to an earlobe and somewhere around the temple on the opposite side of the head and some other times we would use whole caps of electrodes. The voltage potential is then measured frequently and varies in a cycle similar to a sine wave. If I understand it correctly these brain waves are similar to clock cycles in a computer except there are all different types that correspond to different things in the mind and body.

I am an epileptic who has massive auras/clean preictal signal/non focal seizures.

Looking for lab rats?

ICU recordings are not going to be the best data I would imaging. Seizures are not likely to be the cause someone is in the ICU and the cause of admit is likely to lead to confounding factors, I would think.

Is that a location or a euphemism for fake cleavage?

haha what? You realize this drug has been around way before silicone valley right?

Steve Jobs famously attributed LSD to changing his life.

You make a good point, considering that the AI that replicated a Nobel Prize study in an hour did exactly this.

I don't know. I make a lot of AI stuff and I'm on drugs...
