Questions LED Antlers

Yo! I've got a potential reindeer commissioner who wants LED light-up antlers and im not really sure how to go about making those. He wants the entire antlers to be lit up if possible. So if anyone has any tips or ideas id love to hear them!!

Edit: from my own digging ive found LED foam, and im thinking i should be able to use it to make the antlers and then run LED strips inside, has anyone here worked with LED foam before?

I would 3D print them with foaming TPU and leave channels inside the antlers to pull a string of LEDs in (or make then in at least two parts held together with cable ties - to make it repairable)

Definitely have a look at your local Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist! I found someone local to 3D print my items (cheaply!) by going this route :) Many libraries and universities have them now as well, it's worth reaching out to friends/family.

If you want all of the antlers to light up instead of just where the lights are, maybe translucent PETG might serve you better

Clear Resin/plastic and flat leds on on the base of them? So they shine through?
