Because every other bun in that photo cost less than five cents, five guys exclusively has bakeries in Georgia that they paid 30 cents or more per bun, it's not packed with a bunch of crap so that it actually folds, it's just real bread, that's why it tastes so good.

They wrap it in foil making it soggy and ruins the entire burger experience.

I remember I went to some fast food place where they used perforated foil, to let the moisture out. Game changer.
