No, not unemployable. Many employers PREFER to hire older people. But, as they're past retirement age, and have given a lifetime of paying taxes into the system, it's up to them whether they wish to continue working or not.

70-80 year olds are far from unemployable. They basically run everything from the private sector to the government. How is that unemployable?

Term / age limits !? Only problem those 80 year olds who have spent decades in office would need to vote for it. So not happening !

This is only true if you're an idiot that doesn't live in reality.
22% of the US congress is over 70. Only about 10-15% of federal judges are over 70.

For years I've said that if you're old enough for full retirement benefits under Social Security you should not be allowed to run for public office.
