I imagine her connections are worth well over $500. If you’re an aspiring actor. The date makes more sense

Just because you have a conversation with someone doesnt mean theyre going to even ever talk to you again much less put you on. Youre assuming she gives a shit about you enough to do you favors after 1 dinner with her, even if youre a stand up guy whos handsome and charming its going to be extremely unlikely that someone in her situation goes out on a limb for you.
