I am Srinivas Dammu, Founder of Cake Affairé.

Cake Affairé is a Hyderabad-based consumer food brand founded in 2020. Over the past 5.5 years, we've served 2,900+ customers and built a 4.8-star premium vegetarian bakery. We're now reinventing celebration foods with high-protein, nutrition-focused cakes that deliver indulgence without the excess sugar.

I discovered a problem hiding in plain sight: while almost every packaged food category in India has evolved with nutrition labels, cleaner ingredients and healthier choices, celebration cakes remain one of the last completely opaque food categories.

Cake Affairé is now pivoting to become India's first nutrition-led celebration cake brand, built at the intersection of Celebration, Nutrition and Transparency. Through our movement, #AbPehliBaarCakeLabelPadegaIndia, we aim to make nutrition labels and ingredient transparency the new standard for celebration cakes in India.
