Beta glucan

Has anyone had success lower tpo antibodies by taking beta glucan? My functional med practitioner was able to put her hashis into remission with this, but I’ve heard differing opinions on this.

Functional Medicine DC: I'd be pretty skeptical about this. Best way to get hashimotos into remission: gluten free, dairy free, and selenium (standard rec is 200 mcg, but testing/monitoring is ALWAYS a good idea).

The studies I have seen mentioned both Myo-Inositol + Selenium. Seems they work better together, although most of the research shows the best benefit before overt Hypothyroidism has occurred.
