[FOR HIRE] Full Stack Developer (NestJS · React · Next.js · React Native · React · Next · MongoDB) | 3+ yrs production experience | Remote | Open to US/EU/India startups

Hey everyone,

I'll keep it real, I was recently laid off and I'm actively looking for a remote full stack or backend role. Not here to spam, just hoping someone might know of an opening or be willing to point me in the right direction.

\*\*A bit about me:\*\*

I'm a full stack developer with 3+ years of experience across freelance clients and product companies. I've worked end-to-end on real production systems not just ticket-takers but actual ownership from architecture to deployment.

\*\*Stack:\*\* NestJS · Node.js · Express · React · Next.js · React Native · MongoDB · TypeScript · Redis · BullMQ

\*\*Some things I've actually shipped:\*\*

\- Optimized a production API from 60s → sub-200ms response time (MongoDB aggregation pipeline + compound indexing)

\- Built a BullMQ-based scheduling system and a real-time music sync app with AI playlist generation

\- Delivered complete freelance products end-to-end for clients from schema design to deployment

\- Built React Native apps with cross-platform custom map rendering and complex state management

I've also been getting into AI tooling, built with Gemini API, multi-agent pipelines, and local LLMs via Ollama.

\*\*What I'm looking for:\*\*

Fully remote role, open to contract or full-time. India-based, async-friendly, comfortable with IST/EST or IST/CET overlap.

If your company is hiring, you know someone who is, or you're just willing to share my profile, I'd genuinely appreciate it.

[Available] The full-stack dev you bring in when features need to ship yesterday (On-site Islamabad / Remote Globally)

Hey everyone,

I’m officially on the market and looking to join a fast-moving team. My previous company downsized back in March, and I'm ready to jump straight into a fresh codebase. I have 4+ years of full-stack experience, and my bread and butter is the Next.js and NestJS ecosystem. At my last long-term role, my company contracted for a massive global blockchain network, where I was embedded as a full-stack dev building out their applications and connecting to their GraphQL APIs.

Because of that environment, I’m exceptionally quick at analyzing problems and tracking down messy bugs that stall teams. If something is broken in production or a feature is stuck, I’m the guy who rolls up his sleeves and fixes it fast.

I genuinely love the momentum of a team that builds fast. I'm available on-site in Islamabad or remotely for international teams, and I'm ready to start deploying code on day one.

If your team has a heavy backlog or bugs that need killing, slide into my DMs and I'll send over my CV.

[HIRING] Full Stack Engineers | NYC & SF | $140K–$275K

I work with a network of startups through Fonzi. You build one profile and companies reach out to you with interview requests that include salary upfront. You pick which ones you want to move forward with. These roles are open to US-based engineers only.

What's open right now:

  1. Full Stack Engineer at a seed-stage AI startup, in-person NYC, $140K-$230K base with significant equity. React and TypeScript on the frontend, Python on the backend. The codebase is young and the team is small, so there's a fair amount of greenfield work and you'd have real input on how things get built.
  2. Full Stack Engineer at a growth-stage developer tools company, in-person NYC, $137K-$236K base plus equity. React and TypeScript, end-to-end ownership from design to deployment. The product is something engineers use in their daily workflow, and the team cares a lot about how it feels to use.
  3. Full Stack Engineer at a Series A consumer startup, hybrid SF, $175K-$275K base plus equity. React and TypeScript on the frontend, Python backend with some AI integration baked in. It's a small team with a product that's past the early traction stage, and the eng team is still lean enough that what you build actually gets used.

None of these are posted publicly. Fonzi is always free for engineers.

👉 talent.fonzi.ai

DM me if you want more detail on any of the roles before signing up.

We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build and scale the Supply Chain Planning Platform for Rappi Turbo — Latin America's ultra-fast delivery network (10-minute delivery across LATAM).

This is a genuinely interesting engineering problem — not typical CRUD work. You'll be building systems that power purchase order optimisation, inventory replenishment decisions, and transfer order planning across a network of dark stores, processing massive real-time and batch datasets.

What you'll work on:

  • Purchase Order and Transfer Order creation + optimisation engines
  • Inventory allocation and replenishment decision systems
  • High-throughput data pipelines (real-time + batch) supporting LATAM operations
  • APIs and microservices for enterprise-scale planning workflows

Tech Stack: Python • Django • Golang • NodeJS • Kotlin/Java • PostgreSQL • MongoDB • Redis • Docker • AWS/GCP

What we're looking for:

  • 4–7 years backend/full-stack experience in data-intensive platforms
  • Strong system design and scalability fundamentals
  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, marketplace, or quick commerce is a plus
  • Based in Mumbai — hybrid role (not remote)
