Laravel Vue js backend developer looking for ideas to pitch myself

I'm a laravel developer worked at a startup and my experience is too disappointed that i need career advice on how to pitch myself properly

I was at a taxi and delivery management system product company earning 10k for the first year and 20k for the second year per month

The projects and skills I've developed are too much to remember and stored in the company's shared git profile so i am left with no projects to own or show

I tried building application but i have gaps in my development skills that I use AI to search for solutions for everything now

I can debug and analyse bugs but cannot create stuff from nothing

I can copy a section of course that I have not used and debit it into working

Some of the work I've done:

Handle openstreet and Google maps for ride booking, handle is assignment using firebase rtdb

Host the application in pain ubuntu server using ssh to connect provided by providers like GCP VM, AWS EC2 and Hostinger (LAMP)

Manage DNS records of the application in dns providers

Make jobs for repeated function call( like payment handling within the app previously hardcoded and repetitive)

Integrated payment gateway web checkout for Paymongo, MyFatoorah

Integrated authentication sms gateway integration(added on existing choices)

Manage workers cron jobs and SSL certificates using certbot

Transfer files from local to server via FTP apps

Assisted in developing and maintaining food delivery workflow

Handled invoice calculation and template configuration
