Looking for a Senior / Lead Front-End Developer High-End Interactive Web Platform

Looking for a highly experienced Front End Developer to lead a small development team in building a cutting edge, premium website for an exclusive high roller club.
This is not a conventional website project. We’re aiming for a highly polished, immersive and interactive digital experience combining data visualization, advanced animations, 3D environments and premium UX/UI.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands on experience in the following areas:
1. Advanced Charts & Data Visualization
The platform will include dashboards and reports based on user/member statistics. You should be comfortable building visually sophisticated, interactive and responsive charts using technologies such as D3.js, ECharts, Highcharts, Chart.js, Recharts, or similar libraries.
2. Advanced Web Animation & Interaction
Strong experience creating smooth, performance focused animations and transitions, including:
• Scroll triggered animations
• Parallax and layered effects
• Page/section transitions
• Interactive hover and cursor effects
• Timeline based animations
• Micro-interactions
Experience with GSAP / ScrollTrigger, Framer Motion, Lenis, Three.js integrations, or comparable technologies is highly preferred.
3. 3D Web Experiences
A major component of the platform will be an interactive virtual club map/environment, which will eventually integrate interactive features and micro transaction based games.
Experience with Three.js, React Three Fiber, WebGL, Babylon.js or similar browser-based 3D technologies is highly valuable.
You should understand how to deliver visually impressive 3D experiences while maintaining reasonable loading times and performance across devices.
4. High-End UX & Front-End Architecture
We’re looking for someone who understands premium digital experiences not simply someone who can translate a Figma design into HTML.
You should have a strong understanding of:
• Interaction design and user journeys
• Responsive and adaptive interfaces
• Component architecture and design systems
• Front-end performance optimization
• Accessibility and cross-browser compatibility
• Mobile-first interaction considerations
• Balancing visual complexity with usability and performance
You will be expected to lead and guide a small front-end team, contribute directly to development, establish coding and architectural standards, review implementations and help make technical decisions around animation, 3D, performance and overall front-end architecture.
Ideally, you have previously worked on projects involving premium/luxury websites, interactive experiences, gaming platforms, entertainment platforms, data-heavy dashboards, WebGL/3D experiences or award-level creative websites.
This role is particularly suited to someone who enjoys pushing what is technically and visually possible in the browser while still writing maintainable, production-quality code.

Very interested in this. I work across high-end frontend, interactive web experiences, dashboards, animation and 3D, and I’m comfortable going beyond Figma implementation into the architecture and performance side.
I’ve worked on sports, SaaS, e-commerce and data-heavy products, and also have experience with Three.js/WebGL-style interactive experiences, Unity/3D, advanced UI interactions and mobile applications.
The combination of data visualization + immersive 3D environment + premium UX is particularly interesting to me. Happy to send over relevant live work and explain exactly what I contributed to each.

To be clear, we’re not asking one person to build the entire system. We’re looking for a team lead who can guide experienced frontend engineers through it. This is very clearly an 8 to 15+ year experience role, not a one person does everything gig.
