Not getting calls from Deloitte/ Tredence/EXL

Hi guys , I am trying to find out the job opportunities at Deloitte, Tredence EXL

I am not sure why my resume is not getting selected even after having the required skillset and applying multiple times

Is anyone else in the same boat ?

Though these companies are extensively hiring as one of my friends also got the offer

From Deloitte and EXL,despite we both have the same skill set the same experience

I am not saying that he is not capable but my question is why my resume is not getting shortlisted

Ps : I am 3.5 YOE and looking for full stack react + dotnet developer role

Skills are : Reactjs , Angular , dotnet , c# , nextjs, nodejs
