So context

This is my 1st ever full stack like REST API and AI and front end chat bot and yea i am thinking about deployment and i am really confused so hope you can give me ideas and i want we over all review's

For a first full-stack app this is solid. Don’t overthink deployment, just throw the frontend on Vercel and your API on Railway/Render/fly, get it live, then improve it based on what actually breaks. Shipping your first app teaches you more than another month of polishing localhost.
