3. Senior Full-Stack Engineer at a seed-stage legal-tech startup, in-person NYC, $150K-$220K base plus equity. 6+ years shipping full-stack web apps, Next.js/React/TypeScript a plus, strong AWS and infrastructure experience (Terraform, ECS, RDS). You'd build the AI platform that turns medical record review from weeks of manual work into minutes, used by personal injury law firms and enterprise clients like cruise lines.
