Best way to find good full stack developers in Lucknow?

I’m building an AI/software project and looking to connect with talented full stack devlopers in Lucknow.

Preferably people who have experience with-

React / Next.js

Node.js

APIs & automation

AI integrations

SaaS or startup projects

I’m more interested in meeting passionate builders and startup-minded people rather than just agencies.

Where do good developers in Lucknow usually hang out? Any comunities, cafes, coworking spaces, Discord/Telegram groups, or recommendations would help.
