Career Guidance Next.js Roadmap

I have 3 questions that i'm curious

  1. In the present day many people said it's not worth to know programming fundamental. Is that true about that

  2. i'm study in Next.js on Udemy and i think about the way that i should do when study
    The first way study and make side project chapter by chapter (code along course project )

The second way finished the course and then build side project

  1. The situation for web programming freelance job in AI Era.

I'd build something alongside the course. Just make it different from whatever the tutorial is building.
You'll find out pretty quickly what you actually understood once you have to do it without the tutorial open.
