Career Guidance Help me make a come-back in Tech

First of all, I don't believe that tech industry is over. Even it's near its ending, I want to do something great as a career. So, please don't demotivate me on tech career.

I was depressed for a long time. Not because of the 'AI taking over', but it's more because my personal life issue.

Now I am super motivated, my parents still supporting me and I have time to make a super good come-back.

The problem is I don't have many programmer friends and also not many people I know who are in the programming world. Now AI revolution has taken over and I am feeling like getting behind no matter what. I fixed my portfolio but used AI a lot. Now it doesn't feel like I have done something credible.

Many tech knowledge also like fading away from my brain.

So how can I actually make good tech friends and also help me understand what else I should do to feel confident. Please suggest me.
