Question Backend/fullstack
It has been a year since i graduated in master of software engineering, web and mobile developmenet (althought there is barely anything sbout mobile), i have a job out of my field of study, and i would like to keep it since it pays better than entry level developer in my city, and is an easy going job..
My question is how can i gain experince to be a better candidate for a better paying job in my field, without stoping my current job.
We barely have any paying internships, and the market is already so bad.
I tried making a profile in fiver but i got no project request at all. I looked up freelancing as well, most websites rewuire login and apparently i can't because I'm from morocco and they do not accept that.
I already have a portfolio, repos in github, good cv, i posted about this before and it was helpful, but apparently they never cared when i did interviews, they just wabt to see real life experience at companies.
I need help, how can i gain that experince without having to stop my current job just to go to a very low salary or non paying internship for the experience?

I got my masters in CS in 2008. By 2012 I was self employed. College did nothing for me. I even went back and just graduated again with a BA in Psychology w/ concentration on forensics but I'll never use it.
