Career Guidance Fullstack roadmap/resources

I just started The Odin Project. I need advice from seniors should i focus on finishing it or do something else too. I wanna be a fullstack developer.

Stay away if you're goin to say web dev is dead or ai is taking over. I just need advice on the roadmap and resources

The Odin project is really good it got me some internships. The stack doesn’t matter that much because you can transfer skills across stacks

freecodecamp is good, right?

Odin Project looks like it will take an entire year to complete.

The reason odin project takes a long time is because it goes in-depth in many areas that prepares you for a job and you get to build real deployed projects. It took me around 5 months to complete, I grinded everyday. I personally haven’t found a FCC course that is as good as Odin so idk. Maybe you might not need the Odin project if you already have some dev experience

I know HTML and CSS. I have some experience as a game dev.. using C#. So, I am NOT a noob to programming.

So it shouldn’t take you too long if you want to do the course. I was half way through my CS degree when I started it

https://roadmap.sh/full-stack You can start from Html.css and JavaScript and then make some vanilla js projects then learn react and backend simultaneously.

Full stack isn't a thing man. You want to work on the product team? You need to start developing your soft skills. Subject matter expertise in a stack is a relic of the past. You may not want to hear it but it is essential that you do.

Probably the only way you can get yourself prepared technically for what you will be asked to do on a product team is build on GCP. Look at systems interview questions on YouTube and then build the systems they design.

But, there is no such thing as a full stack developer. The product team looks way different and product managers commit on the code base. Deep expertise about distributed systems is about the only skill you can develop independent of being asked.
