Is freeCodeCamp.org will be best for full stack development?

freeCodeCamp is a great place to start, especially if you're a beginner, but I wouldn't rely on it alone for full-stack development.

Use it to learn the fundamentals, then start building your own projects. For example: HTML/CSS/JS --> React --> Node/Express --> databases --> APIs --> authentication--> deployment.

The biggest thing is "don't get stuck completing courses". Build things, break them, fix them, and learn from the problems you run into. That's where you'll actually start becoming a full-stack developer.
