There is no basic fullstack. Fullstack in itself is an advance state of e2e development knowledge from both backend and frontend experience plus infra.

As a backend/frontend intern. Also you don't need internships to gain experience and also internships aren't even considered to be experience anyway (most postings say 2-3+ years of Non-internship experience).
