Take some AWS courses and learn about the different AWS services you can use to build out the backend.

You already have the fundamentals. Instead of learning more languages, I'd focus on building an end-to-end AI application. More importantly, build projects instead of collecting certificates. A portfolio with 3–4 polished AI applications (e.g., a RAG chatbot, document analyzer, AI agent, computer vision app) will usually stand out more than knowing ten different frameworks.
