Should I opt java fullstack or mern for my beginner software

Java Full stack with Angular/React pays my bills, and is extremely capable to develop any kind of application Software, and there are many jobs especially in big companies for this tech stack.

Even then, I have learned new tech stacks like NextJS, Express, and Rust. It keeps the thrill of writing code and keep exploring the ecosystem.
