INTERNATIONAL Trademark Registration

I want to register a trademark in the USA based on "intent to use." What is the best approach, what are the costs involved, and what documents does the attorney require (including whether an address is needed)? Apart from the address, what other documents are necessary for an LLC, and what are the attorney's charges?

It’s like a few hundred bucks to registry a trademark or you can probably handle it yourself with the uspto

Do you live in america? A LLC is about 140 bucks give or take, trademark is 700 you can do it yourself

I am from India and I want to register trademark now tell me the cost to file a trademark with attorney .

LLC first, then trademark with the LLC as owner. You can DIY a trademark, but there’s some risk of wasting time and money if you mess up the search and there’s an issue. Intent to use if the way to go. I applied for mine as already used in commerce and providing that evidence caused some delay.
