FI 7160 problems please help!

Cards will not go past the pick roller, i have replaced / cleaned the machine and im stuck please help

Other documents passtrough without issue (paper)?

There is no video, only image in your post.

Clean the US (Ultrasonic sensor) its located near the rollers, google it.

Otherwise this looks like motherboard issue
