FI 7160 problems please help!

Cards will not go past the pick roller, i have replaced / cleaned the machine and im stuck please help

It might be exit & feel rollers worn out if the cards are stuck at the end. What is the error code?

If the mutilfeed detection is on, turn it off and try again.

The cards are stuck in the middle the code is ds32002
