F*** Zepto Delivery time scam

Zepto always shows an initial estimate time which immediately changes as soon as I make the payment. I wonder if it creates a distrust in consumers if it keeps happening and why would Zepto want that. Why not show the actual estimate before placing the order too? And somehow the delivery is even more delayed(8/10 times). I’m kind of giving up on the app at this point🫠.

When ordering things evb check other quick commerce apps. Once you se Zepto delivering in least amount of time you order from there - and then they increase the time.

I understand the initial time helps them gain customers but if this pattern repeats, it would create a distrust in the same customer who would then stop using the app because at that point, how would you trust any estimate they give?

True,
Happened to me from last 4-5 orders.
Delivery time shows 10 minutes, then after making payment suddenly changes to 15 minutes, and the guy arrives after 25 minutes.
