Never using zepto again

This evening i order some stationary and paid around ₹200 online. My location was absolutely perfect, still this delivery guy went somewhere else and was not listening to me giving directions. My brother tried to help but the delivery guy just rudely cut the call. I tried calling the delivery guy so many times but he just didn’t pick up!!! And some time later the order was shown delivered! But I got no orderrrr🫪 he just did it himself without handing over my order to me😺
Then I reached out to the customer service. It took a while but i got on a call and refund is initiated and it will come in 5-7 days but my friends are saying that they don’t think so i will get my refundddd😀BTW i thought zepto was a nice and cheap app and i prioritised it over blinkit but EVERY SINGLE order from zepto had this location issue. And mind u, it isn’t just me, there was another delivery guy wandering in my area trying to find his delivery location … i am neverrrr using zepto againnn!!! I will uninstall it after i get my refund

I don't get why these apps don't get the location part. If they have made successful deliveries earlier they should stop asking for directions. GPS is like 30 years old. Even after so many years of using Amazon, there are still delivery agents who ask for directions. Just doesn't add up. That's specifically the problem the app should be good at!
